By using the takbajee website or mobile platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions listed below. These terms constitute a binding agreement between takbajee and the user.

Takbajee is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You do not reside in a country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law
• You are playing in your own name and on your own behalf
• You are legally competent and have the right to enter into this agreement

For withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount, takbajee may require KYC verification. The following documents may be requested:

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone. takbajee will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded

• A delay may occur in live betting — a slight difference from real-time results is normal

Sports Betting

International betting rules apply to all Sports Betting markets, including cricket, football, and tennis. Sport-specific rules are listed under each respective section. In the event of a postponement, the decision of takbajee authorities is final.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Deposits sent through third parties are not accepted

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawals may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours to process
• KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawals
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Takbajee reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if misuse is suspected

Takbajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are communicated before the bonus is claimed. Accepting a bonus means you agree to all associated terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be met (stated separately for each bonus)
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only redeemable on specific games
• Maximum Win: Some bonuses may have a maximum win cap

Takbajee reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse or fraud is suspected. Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on takbajee. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus system abuse or arbitrage betting
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Attempting to hack the platform or exploit it for unfair advantage
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Creating an account for a minor or allowing a minor to use one
• Providing false or misleading information

Takbajee may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If KYC verification is not completed
• After a prolonged period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account
• At the user's own request (Self-Exclusion)

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.

Takbajee is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet disconnection
• Losses resulting from issues with the user's device or software
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• If loss occurs as a result of the user sharing their own password or login credentials

However, any loss directly caused by a fault on takbajee's part will be resolved fairly. The maximum compensation will not exceed the total value of the transaction in question.

Takbajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made:

• Users will be given advance notice of any significant changes
• Any updated terms will be published on this page along with the date of the change
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
• If you do not accept the changes, please notify our support team and request account closure
